1999

• Constitution of AB&C initiated by the Austrian Government (Ministry of Economic Affairs) and Austrian Chamber of Commerce. The mission was (and is still) in bringing together small and medium-sized businesses – the engine of economic growth – to create a structure to support and embody the spirit of innovation, entrepreneurship and individual initiative in new business activities.

2000

• Founding of AB&C – Marketing Consulting GmbH (Ltd) as legal entity and operational platform under the patronage of the Austrian Chamber of Commerce.

2002

• Management buy out of 100 % and close cooperation contracts with former owners
• New definition of the company alignment
• Focusing on the existing EU market as well as in the markets of new EU members (Poland, Romania & Hungary) in Central and Eastern Europe (CEE)
• Drive the geographical expansion and developing strategies supporting the alignment of B2B and B2C distribution in CEE and emerging markets
• Task management and networking for EU and US companies
• Forming new strategic alliances and co-operations with international companies
• New alignment on healthcare IT solutions in the field of radiation oncology and diagnostics

2004

• Opening of our new AB&C Headquarters in the “Wienerberg City” / Vienna
• Strengthening the focus on healthcare IT solutions in the field of radiation oncology and diagnostics

2006

• Gaining of more than 80% market shares for an US software manufacturer in the Balkan Region
• Finalization of the biggest Radiation Therapy project in Slovenia in the course of joining the European Union
• Execution of 8 new health care projects in Poland, Hungary, Croatia and Kosovo
• Additional new co-operations with international premium manufacturers for Radiation Therapy, Radiology and Diagnostic Equipment

2007

• Extension of the marketing activities in the Caucasus Region
• Execution of further projects in Slovenia, Hungary, Croatia and Czech Republic
• Consulting contract for Business Development with a huge prime manufacturer in medical healthcare equipment for CEE and the Caucasus region

2008

• Successful execution of a huge Governmental medical healthcare project in Bosnia & Herzegovina
• Development of the first private radio therapy clinic in Romania
• Successful development and execution of additional projects in Hungary, Croatia, Serbia, United Arabian Emirates, Uzbekistan and Azerbaijan

2010

• Extending the business model to other branches with focus in IT in the industrial sectors
• Several new coaching contracts for companies from the EU and US into the Emerging Markets in EMEA and CEE
• Engaging in exploitation of new technologies and consulting new business ideas and technology start-up’s

2014

• Company founding and Management for 3 new technology Start-up’s

2020

• Despite of COVID 19 Pandemia successful realization of various Dosimetry projects in EMEA, Ukraine and the Russian Federation

2021

• Successful project settlement of 3 Radiopharma and 4 Dosimetry projects in the Russian Federation, Kazakhstan, Egypt and Pakistan
